Shipping + Policies

Domestic Orders (Within the US)

  • Orders that include a planner currently ship free! The discount is automatically applied at checkout.
  • G&L currently ships via UPS and USPS. Rates are automatically calculated based on shipping location.

International Orders (Outside of the US)

  • Rates are automatically calculated based on shipping location.
  • We do not add additional charges to shipping and we're always looking for more efficient and cost effective shipping methods. The USPS has recently made changes to their policies (as of January 2018) and we are no longer able to ship merchandise in flat mailers. Due to this change in policy, all products are shipped as packages. Please reach out to us if you have any suggestions for better shipping options to your country.
  • International orders require extended shipping time, sometimes 6-9 weeks+ based on your location. Tracking information is not always available when a package crosses the US border, therefore once a package leaves the US we are unable to track or locate packages. Green & Lyme is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
  • Please note all import duties, VAT/taxes, and other charges are not included in the item price or shipping costs. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchasing.
Please note:
USPS delivery dates are estimates only. USPS does not guarantee delivery dates for First Class or Priority Mail. If you believe your package is lost, or if your tracking number shows that your package has been delivered but you haven't received it, please initiate a search by completing the Missing Mail Search Request at https://www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm. We also advice stopping into your local post office since they often have more information on the whereabouts of your package.

No Changes to Orders

  • In order to provide you with the best service possible we pull orders immediately. Once an order is placed no changes can be made to the order, billing details, or shipping. Please verify your shipping address is correct at checkout on our website AND through PayPal if you choose to checkout via their service. We are not responsible for orders shipped to addresses that were incorrectly submitted.
  • Multiple open orders which ship to the same physical address may be combined into one shipment. Combined shipping is not guaranteed.


  • All orders are final. There are no refunds or exchanges.

Carefully Crafted

  • Each of our products are carefully crafted with special attention to detail. Our faux leather and genuine leather products have variations in the grain and stitching. This is a natural occurrence on hand made products and not a manufacturing defect. These minor irregularities add to the unique characteristic of our products, but do not deter from the function of the product. Quality is very important to us. Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the information presented in our products. However, Green & Lyme is not liable for any errors, inconsistencies, or omissions.


  • Please keep in mind that monitors display colors differently. Every effort is made to display images as accurately as possible, but the colors on products you receive may vary slightly from the image you see on your screen.

Discounts & Rewards

  • One discount/coupon code may be used per transaction. Discount codes are not valid on prior purchases and are not redeemable for cash. Our rewards program is subject to change at any time. Rewards have no cash value and are not transferable. Manipulation of our rewards program will result in a permanent ban from purchasing from Green & Lyme.

Defective or Incorrect Items Received

  • If your order is incorrect or your product(s) arrive damaged please contact us at jessica@greenandlyme.com so we can do our best to resolve the issue. Returns for defective or wrongly sent items must be received within 30 days from the date the order was placed and be in the original packaging unused with no marks or writing on the pages. Replacement items will be sent or if the item(s) are no longer available store credit will be issued. Any requests made after 30 days will be denied.

Digital Library

  • Files downloaded in the Digital Library are high quality PDFs. They are NOT physical products and will not be shipped to you. The files will be available to download once you complete the checkout process. Green & Lyme digital files are free for personal and professional use. Please do not distribute, sell, or copy in any way. If you would like to share your free printable with friends, kindly send them to our website. G&L loves teachers! Teachers may use our printables in their classrooms. You do not need to ask for permission to do so, but we would LOVE to see photos of your printables in action! We love creating printables for everyone and appreciate your understanding so we can continue to make these available to download.
